To assist the Secretary in the work of checking the records of buyers/dealers, levying cess, all the works of the License Department, Shetkari Bhavan, control of external purchase transactions, control of ginning pressing and cotton measuring, yard control at Mangrul Dastgir and holding of animal markets.
